Access and booking
What is an unattended / self-service simulator studio?
PRIISM is a private, self-service practice studio. Members book online, enter using secure digital access, and operate the TrackMan system independently. Remote assistance is available if needed.
Is PRIISM open to the public?
No. There is no public access. PRIISM is a members-only training studio, not a walk-in entertainment venue; trial sessions may be offered by reservation only. The one exception is a lesson accompanied by one of our contracted coaches.
How do I book a session?
Members reserve studio time through the online booking system. After booking, you will receive confirmation and access instructions.
How do I enter the studio?
Use the access code given to you at your reserved time. Access credentials must not be shared.
How early may I arrive?
You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to use the exercise area for warm-up and light drills. Please stay out of the hitting bay until your reserved time. The studio may still be occupied by another member.
What if I arrive late?
Your reservation still ends at the scheduled time so the next member can begin promptly.
Can I extend my session?
Yes, if the following time slot is available. Extensions must be made through the booking system.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions may be changed or canceled without penalty up to 12 hours before the start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee or loss of session credit.

Using the studio
Do I need an orientation before practicing alone?
Yes. Every member must complete a brief orientation covering entry, TrackMan operation, Zen Swing Stage safety, studio rules, and closing procedures.
What equipment is provided?
The studio provides the simulator, hitting area, balls, tees, and basic exercise accessories. Golfers should bring their own clubs.
Can I rent or borrow clubs?
Please bring your own clubs. It is better to practice with your own club. A limited selection of clubs may be available, but availability is not guaranteed.
How do I start the TrackMan system?
Follow the on-screen instructions provided in the studio. Members may sign in to their TrackMan account to access activities and performance history.
What is the Zen Swing Stage?
It is a moving hitting platform that creates uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies, allowing you to practice conditions that are difficult to reproduce on a flat mat.
Can I adjust the Zen Swing Stage myself?
Members who have completed orientation may select approved lie settings through the studio controls. Remain clear of the platform whenever it is moving.
What shoes should I wear?
Wear clean athletic shoes or appropriate golf shoes. Metal spikes, muddy footwear, and outdoor shoes that could damage the studio are not permitted.
Do I need to bring golf balls?
No. Please use only the clean balls provided by PRIISM. If for any reason you need to use your own ball, clean it thoroughly before hitting it to the screen.

Guests and safety
May I bring a guest?
There is no public availability at this facility. Guests may be permitted under your membership plan and must be included in the reservation. The booking member is responsible for the guest’s conduct and safety.
Are children allowed?
Golfers under 18 years old must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult. Children who are not participating should remain outside the hitting area for safety.
Can beginners use the studio?
Absolutely. PRIISM is designed to provide a calm, private environment for golfers of all experience levels. First-time golfers may benefit from a coaching session.
Is coaching available?
Coaching is coming soon. One-on-one coaching and performance-review sessions will be bookable separately once instruction launches; unattended practice sessions do not include an instructor.
Is the studio monitored?
For safety, security, and equipment protection, common and practice areas may be monitored by video. Cameras are not placed in private areas.
What safety rules should I follow?
Only one person may be in the hitting area at a time. Stay behind the golfer, keep clear of the moving stage and screen, and confirm the hitting area is clear before every swing.
Are food and alcohol allowed?
PRIISM is a non-smoking facility. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the premises. Drinks in closed containers may be permitted; alcohol and food near the technology or hitting platform are not allowed unless PRIISM states otherwise.

Problems and emergencies
What if the simulator is not working?
Use the posted troubleshooting guide, then contact remote support at [phone/text number]. Do not unplug, move, or attempt to repair the equipment.
What if I damage something?
Stop using the affected equipment and report the issue immediately. Members may be responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of studio rules.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call 911 for medical, fire, or immediate safety emergencies. Exit through the marked door and then notify PRIISM using the emergency contact number posted inside.
What should I do when my session ends?
Finish swinging before your reservation expires, collect your belongings, return accessories, dispose of trash, leave the equipment in its designated end state, and ensure the door closes securely.
